OpenAI Releases DALL-E 3 🍎
OpenAI’s text-to-image generative AI tool, DALL-E, has reached its third version. This recent release integrates DALL-E with ChatGPT, to provide better prompts when generating the user-required image.
This new update is due to go live in October to Plus and Enterprise users, and apparently produces more accurate images compared to the two previous versions. This may tip DALL-E as the leading GenAI image platform surpassing Midjourney.
Microsoft Launches Copilot 🧑✈️
Microsoft hosted their Microsoft Surface and AI event this week, and it's fair to say there were some game-changing releases.
365: The AI helper tool Copilot will be available in OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote.
Windows 11: Copilot will be automatically shipped with Windows 11.
Bing: The search engine is getting an AI boost with more suitable responses based on historical queries.
The AI era is clearly upon us, and Microsoft is all in.

Insider Insights
This is a big one.
Imposter syndrome occurs when we feel like a fraud and believe we shouldn't be in the position that we are in. In other words, we feel out of our depth. To be honest, I experience this feeling almost every week as a Data Scientist. Often, my peers and colleagues discuss topics and subjects that I struggle to follow or simply don't understand.
However, this is ok.
In reality, it's highly unlikely that you reached your current position purely by luck and don't deserve to be there. Feeling out of your depth is not a bad thing, but rather it means you have room to grow. It’s all about perspective and how you view the feeling. This is what I remind myself whenever I feel like an imposter!
