Good morning, friends!
I am still in Marbella this week, soaking up the sun. It has been really nice not to think about work and to truly relax. 🇪🇸
Naturally, during this holiday, I have been thinking a lot about my skin and ensuring I don’t burn.
I have watched several videos on people’s skincare routines, so I have decided to write a post about it.
I am not going to dive into all the science and reasons why you should take care of your skin, only that it’s a great lifelong investment in keeping and making your skin look good as you age.
Health is the number 1 priority always.
Also, I am far from an expert (so don’t take this as advice), and my routine is very simple, and I am sure there are extra things I should add. However, it works for me, and I am consistent with it.
In a nutshell, my routine is:
I use CeraVe Foaming Cleanser in the morning to clean my skin of any dirt and muck in the shower.
I then moisturise my face using Cetaphil Daily Defence Face Moisturiser, which also has SPF 50 to protect my skin from UV as it ages your skin.
Moisturise my body using Cetaphil Body Moisturiser.
In the evening, I cleanse my face again using CeraVe Foaming Cleanser.
I then apply Cetaphil Rich Night Cream to my face before bed.
Throughout the day, I drink at least 3 litres of water, probably more if I am playing sport.
Again, it works for me, and I am consistent. There are other things I have heard that are useful, like retinoids and hyaluronic acid, which I might add in the future.

Weekly Favourites ❤️
📚 Book — The Millionaire Fastlane. It sounds like clickbait, but it really isn’t. The book dives into how you can earn more money earlier in your life rather than later when you are old and can’t quite do everything you wanted to do despite being retired.
🎙️ Podcast — Luke Belmar: How To Escape The System and Take Control Of Your Life. Even though I don’t agree with everything Luke Belmar says, I find him entertaining and interesting to listen to.
🎙️ Podcast — Elon Musk: Neuralink and the Future of Humanity | Lex Fridman. If you have 8 hours to kill, this podcast is for you.
